To achieve highest standards of excellence and consistency, Radhalaxmi Spintex also has a Quality Monitoring System in the manufacturing process having the best quality checking instruments in their own laboratory to maintain the consistency at all levels of processes up to the industry standards. Proper frameworks are in place to ensure the best quality, reliability of the product that matches the levels of the customer’s satisfaction.

Their quality team ensures the efficiency of the whole process and maintains the records of each and every stage of the process, from inventory of raw material, fiber processing, to yarn packaging. For the betterment and smooth production process, the Company maintains the right humidity and temperature at all the departments carefully with a top humidification plant that is handled by a qualified staff so as to guarantee surety of the products.

Radhalaxmi Spintex processes Super A Grade Shankar 6 Cotton raw materials from their own cotton ginning unit – Shree Ramkrushna Ginning & Oil Industries. To ensure the uniform quality of cotton, the Company refers to pre-sample test approval by the team of highly skilled and experienced professionals which are then sent for further processes. Once the approved cotton lot is received in the premises, then again it goes to the testing laboratory for Re-Test, to ensure the quality. Also, it has a well equipped warehousing facility for the storage of raw materials as well as finished products, to maintain a consistent quality in all the various products meant to satisfy their customer with its flexibility. .

At Radhalaxmi Spintex, there is a special measuring instrument used at the pre-spinning and post-spinning stage that is meant to control the contamination by adding VETAL COMBO Machine at the Blow room line and LOEPFE Clearers at winding machine with polypropylene clearers to maintain the consistency of the yarn quality.
